This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding the shipping and delivery of your shoe purchases from mirycal.com (the "Site"), operated by Mirycal (referred to as "Mirycal," "we," "us," or "our").
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We are proud to ship our shoes across the United States.

Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a certain minimum value. Any such promotions will be clearly displayed on the Site.
International Shipping
At this time, Mirycal only ships within the United States (USA). We do not offer international shipping services.
Order Processing Time
Processing: All orders are subject to a processing time before shipment, which is separate from the shipping time.
Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays).
Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Confirmation: You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed and shipped, which will include a tracking number.

Delivery and Tracking
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Delivery: Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers. Mirycal is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, unforeseen weather, or customs processing (though the latter is not expected for domestic US shipping).
Signature Confirmation: For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package is securely received.
Incorrect Address and Undeliverable Packages
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order.
Undeliverable: If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any return shipping fees charged to Mirycal by the carrier. We will contact you to arrange for re-shipment, which will incur a new shipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Damage: If your shoes arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage to the item and the packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arranging for a replacement or refund.
Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to offer a replacement or a full refund.
