This Refund and Returns Policy governs the process for returning shoes purchased from mirycal.com (the "Site"), operated by Mirycal (referred to as "Mirycal," "we," "us," or "our").

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new shoes! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

A. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your shoe product must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Original Packaging: The shoes must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box and packaging, including any dust bags or accessories. The original shoe box must not be used as the shipping box.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original order number or proof of purchase.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@mirycal.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, will send you detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the shoes in the original box, and then place the original shoe box inside a protective shipping box. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

  4. Tracking: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

A. Inspection and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the returned shoes meet the eligibility requirements (unworn, original packaging, etc.), your refund will be processed.

B. Refund Details

  • Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned item(s), minus the original shipping costs (if applicable).

  • Timing: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund after we've confirmed the credit has been issued, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@mirycal.com.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same shoe style, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return: Follow the standard return process (Section 2) to return the original item for a full refund.

  2. New Order: Place a new order for the desired size or color on our Site immediately.

This "return and repurchase" method ensures the new item is reserved for you and shipped out quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective pair of shoes, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at contact@mirycal.com or call us at +1 (650) 748-9093. We will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed damaged or defective items and will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund.
